Social Investment & Internal Communication Adviser

Purpose

• Provide coordination of country Social Investment and Internal Communication activities to enhance Shell’s brand and reputation, and advance Shell’s business goals
• Accountabilities
• Maintain an integrated SI Strategy and Plan with input from Functions, business team and external stakeholders
• Ensure maximum Shell reputation benefits of the SI program amongst stakeholders, media and employees
• Manage budget and report spends in line with Group Reporting and country requirements
• Benchmark good practices internally and externally, including areas of focus, investment levels
• Maintain an integrated IC strategy and plan with input from Functions, business team and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement the leadership engagement plan for top leaders
