Sorumluluklar
Drafting and reviewing of all contracts both in Turkish and English and participating in negotiations of the contracts,
Performing litigation, coordinating external law firms and assessing their performance,
Provide the business with pro-active legal advice, education and continuous coaching in various expertise areas, such as Consumer, Commercial, Labor, Competition, Data Protection and Capital Markets law,
Supporting and providing advice to ensure that the company’s decision making, rules and procedures meet relevant legal and best practice standards,
Researching and analyze the law on complex issues,
Preparing trainings for employees about law, contracts, risk management and ethics and compliance,
Managing formal correspondences and notifications to or from public authorities and other third parties,

REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of post-qualification work experience in corporate environment,
Fluency in English and excellent command of legal English,
Knowledge and experience of governance procedures and corporate structures,
Experience on Commercial Law, Contract Law, Capital Markets Law, Competition Law, Data Protection Law and contract drafting and negotiations,
Experience on litigation and coordinating outsourced legal counsels,
Understanding of business/commercial strategy,
Excellent communication skills and an ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills together with an ability to build and sustain good working relationships with other teams and departments,
Advanced level of MS Office programs
