Analyze & interpret data and reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities to gain insight about how to improve sales and overall performance

Continuously planning, delivering new approaches based on A/B or multivariate testings

Managing and overseeing the performance of the marketing agency and managing creative asset production

Understanding the market dynamics, tools and users and follow relevant technology trends to improve whole acquisition process

Coordinate performance agencies

Develop strong cross-functional relationships with IT/information management and all 3rd party vendors 

Measuring and preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.

Continuously optimize digital funnels and put into practice onsite and offsite improvements

University degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Statistics or Economics

At least 2-3 years of performance marketing experience with digital advertising platforms like Google, Adwords, Facebook, Snapchat,  Apples Search Ads or programmatic advertising

Good command of written and spoken English

Experienced on search marketing and data analysis and A/B Testing

Strong understanding of digital analytics 

Strong analytical mindset and creative thinking ability

Preferably have experience in digital agency

Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, being a team player

Strong problem solving capability and ability to learn quickly
