Youth Power Management Trainee Program

About the Program

Youth Power Management Training Program is designed for bright & young graduates and master students who will become Fitpak’s managers of tomorrow.

The purpose of the Youth Power Management Training Program is to develop highly motivated graduates and so they can start a successful career.

The principles of "Creativity", "Constructiveness", "Qualification", "Courage" and "Rationality” form the framework of the program.

The program’s applications will start on October 27th 2020. The candidates who will be selected will perform online competency tests and have online interview between 1st – 18th December 2020. Between 22nd – 25th December, face to face interviews & case studies will be conducted with the candidates who will succeed at online process. The results will be announced 28th December. Management trainees who are selected will get on-the job and rotational trainings, and also have a chance to attend coaching sessions with our managers throughout the program. By the end of the program management trainees who would meet the expectations would become eligible to work for Fitpak.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • To be aged between 22-27
  • Graduates from reputable universities with a related bachelor degree (preferably) Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Polymer Materials Engineering, or Economic and Administrative Sciences Department with at least GPA 2.7/4.0.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determined on learning and self development
  • Highly motivated
  • Preferably to have taken part in social responsibility projects
