Fratelli brands EvdekiBakıcım, TalentMondo and Proteco are looking for natural-born winner two Management Trainees. If you are a driven, passionate, and ambitious graduate and want to go far through a challenging, and accelerated development experience, welcome onboard!

Within this program, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging, international, and fun environment, where you will be able to assume challenging responsibilities early in your career. Our goal is to develop well-rounded professionals for future leadership roles in Fratelli brands. And therefore, Management Trainees rotate to different assignments to gain insight into every aspect. 

As a management trainee, you will work directly with our co-founder who is in charge of Finance, Legal, HR and Admin. You will have an opportunity to learn day-to-day operations of a start-up. This is a three-month long program.  At the end of the program a full-time position will be offered to one trainee.
