We are looking for a Customer Success Representative who will support end to end customer experience and relevant teams according to user insights.

Sorumluluklar

• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.

• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.

• Regularly following ticketing and tracking tools

• Identifying the problem when a request is received and responding directly when necessary.

• Tracking the resolution of the problem and notifying the customer after it is resolved.

• Working closely with the product team to improve user experience.

• Understanding all related metrics to improve the user experience.

Aranan Nitelikler

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Develop and maintain client relationships.

• Minimum B2 English Level.

• Experience with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).

• Understanding of customer performance metrics.

• Familiarity with CRM software (not mandatory).

• Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills

• Time management skills to enable prioritization of tasks

• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork.
