As a management trainee, you will work on real products and have an opportunity to enjoy our dynamic work. You will report directly to COO and might be part of CEO office team member upon completion of the program.
Working to support external customer needs, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams, receive mentorship, and gain insight into our values-driven process. You will opportunity to learn corporate sales and operations and have a chance to meet top CEOs of the biggest corporations in Turkey. Sorumluluklar
- Join external CEO & COO meetings with our COO
- Manage our COO’s day to day operations to some extend
- Gather & understand requirements from the business units & customers.
- Analyse needs to establish new business lines
- Act as liaison with CEO to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and market requirements.
- Devise or modifies procedures to solve complex problems
- Includes the analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
- Analyzes market, company, technology trends, and best practices, competitors.
- Identifies and documents business strategies, objectives, and drivers.
- Calculates/estimates the costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions to establish their viability/ROI.
