The Unilever Leadership Internship Programme is three-month-long summer internship programme for students to help them acquire work experience and kick-start their careers.
In this immersive summer programme you’ll get hands-on experience by working in one of the world’s leading consumer goods companies, work on real business projects and receive world-class training, development and mentoring. Shine in ULIP, and you could get fast-tracked to the UFLP Discovery Centre.

Our IT department develops and manages efficient technological infrastructures, and leads the integration process of technology into every aspect of our business. The team consists of innovative and resourceful problem solvers, whose responsibilities include evaluating business processes and performance to identify ways of increasing efficiency and automation, project planning, resource and database management, and more.
