We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and task oriented team member with a revolutionary vision to help us actualize Thread In Motion Team’s ideas and goals.

You’ll be working with specialized team members of Sales and Marketing team in a wild, agile, dynamic environment and be responsible for helping to these teams actions below;

  • Rating lead quality,
  • Gaining contact,
  • Developing sales strategies,
  • Doing market research.

Sorumluluklar

What you’ll do as a team member;

  • Identify, engage and qualify new opportunities from an enterprise account list,
  • Directly start to check every generated lead and rate its qualification level with a textbook which will be provided to you,
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while following established pricing policies,
  • Keep checking competitors constantly and their business models and report every major changes to management team,
  • Follow a standard sales process method designed by Thread In Motion, sell the value of the solutions to the market,
  • Use CRM tool as explained and with this habit, helping to keep database healthy,
  • Workproactively and keep sharing the insights and drive change/improvement in lead gen programs based on the data,
  • Track record of delivering a consistent, sustained qualified lead flow to sales through different channels.

What we expect from you;

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical discipline, (physics, math, etc.)
  • 0 - 3 years of experience in demand generation, effective sales, and key accounting,
  • Good command of written and spoken English is a must and other European languages is a strong plus,
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools,
  • Having a a driving license and being mobile to meet with customers,
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time,
  • Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills,
  • LinkedIn Sales Nav ve HubSpot knowledge strong plus,
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills,
  • Knowledge of Field Application Engineering,
  • Proficiency in CRM applications,
  • Excellent organizational and data analytics skills,
  • Strategic thinker willing to role up sleeves and execute strategies,
  • A data-driven approach to sales.
