Job Description:

Job Purpose:

The primary objective of IT Operations Engineer is to:

• Ensure that an efficient, accurate, consistent, and timely e2e support and operations service is delivered to mobility business in STAS and SPAS companies through EV/Site Systems platform and connected applications portfolio.

Principal Accountabilities

• Support a rapidly expanding EV network in both DO & CO Sites.

• Responsible for End-to-End daily operation of EV/site systems

• Maintain EV network at the highest level of performance and availability

• Great problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive.

• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines

• Support Root Cause Analysis for incidents and priority issues

• Experience working on a team of strong technical people with responsibility for the operation of mission-critical systems and services

• Collaborative teammate excited to compete as a team.

• Confident in learning and adapting to multiple technologies.

• Responsible for the vendor & contract management

• Contribute to new products and service development, participate / lead in projects...

• Responsible for Disaster Recovery Management, fallback and back-up procedures for the systems managed.

• Work closely with Central IT teams to ensure smooth integration.

• Ensure SLA’s/Agreements and targets are met for customers with regards to various EV/Site systems applications and infrastructure.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Systems, Electrical - Electronic Engineering etc.) Management Information Systems, or related fields

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT and ability to adopt new techniques quickly.

• Experience and knowledge of IT Infrastructure Projects.

• Preferred Experience and knowledge ITIL Certification

• Good communication skills.

• Vendor management skills

• Able to deliver under time pressure and deliver on set deadlines.

• Good business Turkish and English, written and oral

• Ability to work independent

• Ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Team player.
