In order to support our strategic growth target in NFR, our foundational growth pillars are expanding Select footprint with new CVPs, launching new deli2go products and implementing new business models to create income from CO & DO channels.
This role is responsible for designing shop layouts in Select shops and Select standalone projects, implementing main CVPs such as coffee islands, hot sandwich operations, car wash business model, backwalls and seating areas. Besides s/he will be managing end to end deli2go Truck operations and event calendar.
Format Business Development Advisor role (JG5) will be the focal developing equipments and projects to increase sales of deli2go products. S/he will be responsible for detailed shop layouts and coordination of suppliers for Select footprint growth projects. Besides, this role requires strong focus on detailed shop layouts in Select standalone projects, leadership for coordination of multi-suppliers and seeking opportunities for new ideas to serve Golden Circle objectives. Plus, this role will have sole responsibility for management of deli2go Truck where s/he will manage event calendar, agency and approval processes. This will be a business-critical role since there is currently 1000+ Select shops and new format applications will be expected before new contract cycle.
Accountabilities
• Implementing all CVPs in shop layouts such as coffee island, hot sandwich operations, backwalls, seating areas, car wash business to enhance customer-shopping experience.
• Management of deli2go Truck event calendar, operations and budget
• Be responsible for Select Standalone drawings and installations
• Management of water filtration system suppliers and adapting necessary changes
• Works closely with the Sales & Acquisition Teams, Retail Engineering and our Alliance partners to create shop layouts in terms of business sense and value to the strategy.
• Works closely with CR category managers and contributes developing shop plans for value propositions at CO and DO platforms, defines new POS and equipments to increase GC numbers
• Manage relationship and negotiate deals with local suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement together with local CP and global CR category management
• Tracks closely CAPEX budget and income
• Coordinates BPRs with suppliers and tracks the KPIs closely
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Advanced Excel & Power point skills
• Good relationship management and communication skills
