Job Description
· Generation of volume and value forecasting through executing the demand planning components of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process,
· Act operationally in demand& supply planning area and monitor overall process to maximize customer service, sales, and inventory rates; contribute to company’s overall supply chain efficiency,
· Highlight gaps in the demand plan and make sure that necessary actions are taken by related stakeholders,
· Report, analyse and deliver KPI´s (Forecast Bias & Accuracy, Customer Service KPI’s, Stock-on-hand days, Business Waste),
· Translate potential supply risks from the Sourcing Unit and ensure clear communication to internal and external customers,
· Launch & Re-launch demand& supply plan in line with Sales& Marketing team business plan,
· Manage Master Data for the portfolio,
· Stock management; identify special stock risks, initiate and follow through required actions to sell out obsolete stock and to avoid them,
· Utilizing a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
· Making necessary interventions to solve the systemic and operational problems of the supply chain.
