Job Description

As a Sales Specialist you’ll drive the sales process with prospective new clients to attract future leaders. This is a consultative, new business B2B sales role. We're looking for hunters, but you'll be supported with some inbound lead flow as well.


- You'll manage and qualify inbound leads,

- You'll introduce first Youthall/create excitement to new registered.

- You'll generate, develop, and close new business with mostly Small and Medium Size and partially Large Companies,

- You’ll search companies and approach potential customers through a targeted selling strategy encompassing calling, email, social engagement, and events,

- You'll make Tele-sales processes

- You’ll drive revenue by setting sales meetings for Account Executives,

- You’ll drive the full sales cycle to attain new business, continuously seeking creative strategies to do so,

- You'll manage the contract process if the user company requests

- You’ll consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.


- Bachelor's degree in related fields,

- Preferably experienced in technology verticals (SaaS, CRM, ERP or similar business organizations)

- You have min 3+ years of professional experience with time spent in a sales, recruiting, or lead gen role,

- You have a competitive spirit and a hunger to win,

- You’re not easily discouraged and always maintain a positive attitude,

- You have ability to promptly build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone,

- You have exceptional communication skills and having persuasiveness,

- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment,

- Verbal & written English is plus.
