Performance Marketing Specialist


Youthall is a fast-growing digital community start-up that include jobs, events, e-learnings and career advices.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Performance Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. We're looking for hunters, but you'll be supported with some inbound lead flow as well.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts. 


  • Strengthen our relationship with users and company partnerships,
  • Plan and execute daily digital marketing strategy through social media & Google Ads and other dijital platforms,
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all campaigns
  • Create online and offline marketing content,
  • Develop new ideas and strategies to leverage performance,
  • Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales,
  • Performing A/B testing & ROI optimization,
  • Perform SEO research (Analyze keywords, web traffic, and market trends) and identifying effective content and keywords,
  • Implement best SEO practices and techniques,
  • Support offline marketing campaigns,
  • Responsible for preparing customer proof points (stories, web stories, use cases, references, videos),
  • Recommending changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors,
  • Keep up to date with domestic and global digital marketing best practices


  • Min. 2 years' of experience
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Collaborative and team player,
  • Achievement oriented, energetic and flexible,
  • Strong knowledge and experience in reporting and analytics,
  • Good logical thinking and self-motivated problem solving skills,
  • A passion for products, technology and very data driven,
  • Strategic decision making and problem solving capability.
