Create monthly performance reports with SMG and ISC.
Manage service champions engagement survey VOSC.
Support for design and implement innovative projects to increase operational excellence of sites: WOW programme, Deep clean week etc.
Monthly site data update and sharing.
Follow up on the removal of problematic mystery clients.
Follow up GEA mystery shopper inquiry operation.
Good command of English
