The Management Trainee Program is a 2-year program offering rotational opportunities focusing on different sub-functions in the same business units. During the program, you will have the opportunity to learn on the job with your rotations while improving your holistic perspective. During your experience, you will be supported by Program Mentor and various development opportunities through a varied training program to develop your leadership skills.
• Self-motivated and passionate graduates interested in building careers in functions like Commercial Functions, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and HR
• Problem-solving skills with innovative perspective to achieve results
• Eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Collaborative and good communicator to work with diversified teams
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with max one year of work experience*
• Preferably, have internship experience
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools
