Novartis Discovery Millennials Program is a 1 year- extended, project based talent program for new generation whom would like to discover commercial experience with the chance of various trainings, coaching and rotation which will unleash and maximize your full potential.
Discovery Millennials Selection Process:
- In March, the selection process starts with millennial candidates shooting their own maximum of 2 minute videos to answer "Why would be the best candidate for Novartis Discovery Millennials Program?"
- In April, 12 selected candidates will be invited to interview at Novartis Head office. Following this, 8 selected candidates will have a chance to have coffee meeting with our Product Managers to get to know Novartis culture closely.
- InMay, these 8 candidates will participate in untraditional group assessment which consists of joyful games. Finally these 8 millennials will make their own presentations.
- Mid May, selected candidates will start their instructive and splendid Novartis journey.
What do we expect? What impact will you make?
- Manages effective agency partnerships,
- Supports marketing team to create and deliver operational plans appropriate to life cycle of brand,
- Identifies country-specific insights using market research, competitive intelligence, and understanding of disease areas,
- Implements portfolio tools, e.g. category sales aids, digital platforms and brings innovative ideas about digitalization,
- Leads development and delivery of key promotional campaign materials from insights to review, production and implementation.
