Major Accountabilities
• Assisting Healthcare Solution Unit Director and Healthcare Solution team members in the department in terms of all administrative activities,
• Informing, advising and supporting the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the Healtcare Solutions Unit department,
• Organizing the meeting and travel organizations for the team,
• Developing and preparing presentations as required,
• Taking over supervising for colleagues in the administrative area (e.g. apprentices, new employees etc.)
• Preparing all the necessary reports regarding departmental activities,
• Organizing and following up Purchase Order (PO) in SAP and related vendor agreement processes in accordance with the Procurement and Legal department.
• Managing the documentation, filing, archiving processes efficiently

Minimum Requirements:
• University degree
• Min 1 year of experience in a similar role or similar position
• Strong communication, organizing and problem solving skills
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated and confident personality to contribute to the success and harmony of the team
• Managing diversity and having pro-active thinking
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Digital & technology savvy
