  • Supporting Legal Department in daily operations (Local and global projects), 
  • Preparing agreement templates and amendments, 
  • Reviewing advertisements, labels and artworks, 
  • Tracking agreements, case files and correspondences, 
  • Following up regarding outsourced litigation files, 
  • Preparing reports and conducting legal search. 


  • 3rd or 4th year university students in Law Faculties who will be able to work 1 full year (is a must), 
  •  Able to work minimum 3 days in a week at school period, 
  • Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, 
  •  Interest on agreements, Law of Obligations and Commercial Law, 
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking skills,
  • Able to handle various tasks at a time, while performing well under tight deadlines.
