Job Description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and motivated Part-time HR Specialist to provide support in all areas of HR, including HR administration, reporting, training and staffing under the direction of an HR Manager.


  • Assists the HR Manager with the recruitment, interviewing and selection processes and sends appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.
  • Checks candidates' references with their previous employers.
  • Has the responsibility of keeping the company CV database updated
  • Executes the web and social media networking strategy of the company for the prospective candidates
  • Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels and prepares presentations.
  • Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues.
  • Organizes the schedule of internal and external trainings and has the responsibility of the training reports and documentation after the trainings.
  • Assists conducting internal surveys.


  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments;
  • Ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people;
  • Have a high level of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness;
  • Outstanding analytical and decision making skills;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
  • Knowledge of MS Applications such as excel and power point is required;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills;
  • Good team player with strong problem solving skills
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability.
