In this Partner Program Manager role, you will own the development and operation of specific programs that help partners achieve a competitive advantage. You will work cross-functionally with our partners and internal teams to scope and build requirements for programs that will solve partner needs.

Sorumluluklar
- Drive a deeper engagement between RADAAR and its partners.
- Manage all partner contacts.
- Building a new process to bring on new partners in which we can build out the go-to-market efforts.
- Responsible for new partner on-boarding.
- Build a process to train partners, develop consistent way to assist partners to market to their clients.
- Responsible for partner pages on www.radaar.io.
- Build and maintain the Partner Directory and marketing materials.
- Create and maintain partner communications calendar, newsletters and ad hoc alerts.
- Create and manage partner badges, partner certificates, authorization letters.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Fluent spoken and written in English.
- Bacholar’s degree.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Organized, resourceful and a self-starter.
- Dynamic communication and people management skills with an ability to lead managers and leaders across the organization.
- Strong project management and organizational leadership skills.
- Good at helping organization with change management.
- Strong ability to influence.
- Understands the Agile methodology experience helpful but not required.
