JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a fresh graduate ERP Administration & Procurement Assistant to support our ERP operations and purchasing processes.

This position is ideal for candidates who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, and who want to build a career in ERP and procurement operations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP Administration

  • Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP systems (Oracle JD Edwards, LOGO ERP, QLICK)
  • Support sales and purchase order entries
  • Assist with domestic and international sales invoice preparation
  • Maintain structured digital and physical documentation

Procurement Support

  • Prepare purchase orders and support purchasing processes
  • Communicate with suppliers via email when required
  • Track purchasing and supplier records
  • Assist with stock tracking and inventory control

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh graduate (Associate or Bachelor’s degree)
  • Fluent or very good command of English (mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organized, disciplined, and systematic working style
  • Basic to intermediate MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
  • Willingness to learn ERP and procurement processes

English proficiency is required and will be evaluated during the hiring process.
