Tasks & responsibilities
We are looking for an intern who is interested in Customer Experience in Animal Health business and data driven business insight.
We expect the Customer Experience Intern to contribute to global and local customer experience initiatives while improving personal skills and qualifications for becoming a great customer experience person.
Requirements
- Undergraduate (3rd or 4th grade) student preferably in Statistics, Management Information Systems, Business Informatics and/or Engineering fields
- Willingness to Learn and Develop Personal Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish
- Advanced level of English
- Strong analytical, organization, critical-thinking, problem-solving skills
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Project Management ability with developed follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office programs, especially excel
- Able to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months
