IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Work with our membership team to improve our user experience
• Research best practices to improve our programs in Mentoring and Events
• Set up templates and workflows for seamless customer service operation 
• Coordinate and contribute to our gamification program research and management  
• Create profiling documents on current partners and partner prospects.
• Help manage the partners ecosystem by designing the information flow and update frequency  

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Excellent communication skills in English,
• Prior experience in bottleneck analysis or CRM management is a plus. 
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Strong research skills with self-starter attitude 
• Proven interest in women’s empowerment and Turkish culture is a must.
• Experience with the following tools is strongly preferred: Google Drive, Hootsuite, Dropbox, Asana.

This is an online intern position without monetary compensation. Upon successful completion, you will be matched with a mentor and receive complimentary access to TurkishWIN network for a year.
