Actively participate in the implementation of the Ethics and Compliance program within Allergan Aesthetics:

• Supporting the Compliance Officer in the review and further development of the Compliance Management System
• Raise awareness amongst Business stakeholders through training materials and internal communications.
• Partner with the business by providing guidance and answering queries.
• Manage Compliance committee meeting minutes and ensure action item follow-up.
• Update Compliance written standards and resources (i.e. documents, platforms, SharePoint sites).
• Roll out Audit readiness initiatives and handle associated documentation.
• Participate in internal audits and periodic monitoring exercises.

• 4th year University students, Master’s students or fresh graduates,
• Ability to work in English,
• At ease with interacting with multiple stakeholders at various levels of seniority within the organisation,
• Good appetence for time management, ability to constantly shift priorities as required,
• Organised, methodical, meticulous,
• Able to work min. 4 days in a week.
