The purpose of this position is to provide Engineering services to terminals, integrating the different Engineering functions and workstreams, enabling safe, reliable cost effective operations of the Storage & Handling assets and sustainment of the Distribution Global Asset Management Excellence (DGAME) 6 Pillars.
For the assigned terminals, the Senior Facility Engineer will:
Embed, sustain and improve for all assigned terminals at cluster level the Asset Management System (AMS), ensuring the full compliance of the assets to the relevant Group Standards, including the Control Framework, and to the applicable regulatory requirements.
Ensure the engineering team work in a collaborative way, on common priorities and as an essential part of the ‘triangle’ with Operations and HSSE.
Apply and drive standardized work practices and behavior through the application of leader standard work.
Embed, sustain and improve for all assigned terminals the DGAME Manual, supporting DGAME User Tools (DUTs) and / or local operating procedures.
Develop and maintain the Asset Master Plan as foundation of the inspection, maintenance and investment program and of the associated spend analysis.
Support the delivery of the HSSE agenda on site, with regard to construction safety and the associated performances of the relevant Vendors.
Ensure the safe and cost-effective delivery of the Inspection & Maintenance (I&M) program, interfacing with the other Engineering functions such as the R&I and Regional Engineering Service Team (RESL team), delivering requirements of the 6 Pillars.
Ensure that support is provided to project engineering, construction management and construction safety for assigned projects, under the overall Project Management (PM) framework provided by the cluster portfolio lead(s), delivering requirements of the 6 Pillars.
Manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes for the inspection, maintenance and project activities, leveraging other Engineering functions and external resources as required.
Manage contractors and engineering service providers to ensure correct competent resources are in place and that they deliver to the terminal the required services on quality, on time and on cost.
Ensure the Technical Authority structure is operational, and that adequate TA support is in place to deliver against ACAL and PCAP business controls.
Support the terminal operations team in managing the Terminal in Control and the FLBM agendas, leveraging these tools to further embed, sustain and improve the Asset Management System and the required capabilities at terminal level.

Support the Compliance & Assurance program, which will include the quarterly Asset Management System Reviews and the relevant LOD1/2/3 activities, ensuring a quality and timely follow up and closure of the agreed actions.
Leverage contract engineering services. Provide continuity of professional, efficient and quality support in the delivery of technical solutions and updates.
Manage and lead, service support building a wining integrated team across multiple locations and environments in a virtual organization.
