Job Description:
Typically:
• Ensures on-time processing of the scheduled payroll runs. Solves issues and errors that block the payroll run from completion.
• Ensures compliance with FCM controls and accuracy of the payroll.
• Provides deep expertise input for at least two functional payroll areas. Provides significant input into decisions regarding the payroll system functionality and/or the payroll processes. Recommendations and decisions have impact, require planning and integration with other areas like Finance, Tax advisors and/or IT. Functional lead typically represents the country payroll on special projects to provide analytical support and provides communications to various stakeholders.
• Responsible for testing and sign off on the weekly bundles and HR Service packs.
Supporting Corporate and Income Tax submissions on behalf of the company
Working with Payroll Accounting to clear data entries
