Job Description: 
Purpose and Accountabilities
• Play a key leadership role in the marketing team and manage a team of 4 direct reports
• Develop strong & differentiating strategy for loyalty & payment businesses to increase value for the customer
• Execute a clear and structured business plan in-line with the payment & loyalty strategy.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders such us global loyalty, payment and CRM teams, Customer operations, Sales & Ops, Mobility& NFR marketing functions.
• Set success KPIs, monitor and report performance dashboard for loyalty initiatives
• Define clear action plans to address opportunities to drive volume & value from loyalty business.
• Understand FinTec eco system, new payment models and customer insights.
• Evaluate and execute innovation payment models and technology to increase customer experience and drive value.
• Drive value from payment & loyalty partnerships
• Develop and scale new payment projects to create value for Shell, dealers and customers.
• Lead Turkey’s connected customer journey and engage with local & global stakeholders.
• Set a clear strategy for cross loyalty and expand across Turkey
• Analyze all customer journey at all related channels like web, app, CRM for digital and non-digital segments and set a clear road map to increase loyalty penetration, drive frequency and increase active user base.
