Manage, develop and grow a selective portfolio of high-value customers (gold, silver and bronze accounts), Neighbourhood fleets (NHFs) and agencies through face-to-face selling and strong negotiating skills, to deliver agreed margins and volumes. 

FBAM plays a leading role in the organisation, expected to protect and grow Shell's value through a partnership-based relationship with customers and a significant focus on new business development and opportunities.

This role works closely with other functions in Fleet Solutions and the wider Mobility organisation in order to achieve flawless delivery of Fleet Solutions CVPs to customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maximum value to Shell.

Set, monitor & track trade partner/customer performance via appropriate KPIs.

Financial performance indicators: Volume, NFR (SFP & SOTR), C4+ & Credit DSO.

Sales & productivity performance indicators: Account & Call Plan quality, Pipeline Strength, Target Delivered, Hit Rate, Cycle Time.

Develop, manage and maximise volume and margin of existing Accounts through effective use of our CVPs, cross-business synergies, tactical pricing, and a range of selling techniques for all Fleet Solutions products and services.

Develop relationships with both B2C Mobility SAMs and DSAMs and dealers within the territory to maximise NHF opportunities.

Champion and role model Sales 1st behaviours/methodology in combination with our Learner Mindset approach

Build and sustain value-based long-term commercial relationships with agencies through understanding their immediate and long-term needs to deliver both a superior customer experience and maximum value to Shell.

Develop and execute sales plans to deliver YoY financial growth and intense follow-up activities to deliver targets for agencies & customers, and NHFs.

Formulate clear negotiation strategies and understand trade-offs and costs to Shell while balancing customers’ needs. Ensure contract negotiations are in line with the MoA and applicable laws. 

Gather and analyse market pricing information to prepare proposals and conduct price negotiations with existing and prospective customers, taking into account the company's Anti-Trust principles.

Creating new sales opportunities by seeking innovative, AI-powered or AI-driven opportunities

Interface with Customer Operations, Marketing, Mobility, New Energies and e2e partner functions (e.g. Credit, IT or Law teams), to ensure the highest standard of service for your customers.

Review existing customer profiles about the products and services they purchase and use to identify possible opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

Promote and sell new CVPs such as Carwash, Pratik Kart and AdBlue.

Promotes the sharing of best practices internally to drive cross-business collaboration.

Identify and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) solutions at Shell and our customers’ premises.ust, both written and spoken
