Very brief write up on position purpose: 
Payment & Loyalty Project Analyst supports deliver the Payment & Loyalty Projects and continue to expand Dealer POS Integration Projects. This role will be responsible for delivering operational and analytic support for Payment & Loyalty Projects and support the project manager in in the areas including analysis, planning, investment proposal, economics and projects to key stakeholders Retail Sales & Ops team, NFR Team, Retail Marketing Team, Retail Finance Team and IT Team.
Pay&Lo Projects Specialist will be responsible from:
•	Cross loyalty expansion:  Agreement, payment, expansion, back office, set up tracking, budget tracking and allocation, vendor coordination, dealer communication, scheduling set up, coordination for fiber line, prepayment from dealer, receipt gtracking, e-cashier, Turpak IT coordination, product tree generation, local product addition, regular calls setup with SAMs and receiving status update, steering committee coordination and meeting notes, end-to-end tracking of onboarding process 
•	Supporting the expansion in Mobile payment 
•	Delivery of Shell POS, EV and BNPL Projects on site including dealer and supplier communications, documentation  and process support & control, end-to-end tracking of onboarding process
•	GCC support – supporting payment&loyalty projects manager for connected customer projects and help the project manager for documentation, tests, UAT scenarios etc.
What drives complexity in the position?
	Creating a detailed analysis and presentations with regards to progress, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions – on weekly basis
	Forecasting for cross loyalty expansion – on weekly basis
	Planning and monitoring – on daily basis
	Variance analysis - bi weekly basis
	Defining business requirements and reporting them to stakeholders – on bi-weekly basis
	Closely monitoring the Business workstreams 
	Providing Ad-Hoc reports upon demand
	Support multiple projects at the same time 
	Prepare project calendar and UAT scenarios and UI/UX for new projects
