Who Can Apply?
Project Future is a comprehensive program where you can apply either as an Intern or a Management Trainee.
So… which role fits you best?
- If you’re a 3rd or 4th year university student who can join us 3 days a week for 5.5 months, you can apply as an Intern!
- If you’re a new graduate or a master’s student who can join us 4-5 days a week for 11 months, you can apply as a Management Trainee!
If you see yourself as curious, energetic, open to growth, a strong communicator, and a true team player, we’d love to have you with us!
What Awaits You in Project Future?
Project Future is an exciting journey where you’ll grow, take responsibility, and experience real business life, all while having fun! With innovative approaches, this program keeps evolving every year. So, what’s in it for you?
In this colorful adventure, we come together through a series of trainings from Project Management to Effective Presentation Skills, from Sustainability to Gender Equality Awareness during the program.
We visit the Anadolu Efes Innovation Hub in our Izmir Brewery and experience the production process up close!
As an Intern or MT, you’ll join a project team to solve a real business problem, collaborate with teammates from different functions, and present your project to our leaders and the whole company at Project Future Day or MT Case Day!
You’ll also have a chance to meet our leaders, hear their stories, and ask the questions that inspire you most.
You’ll be part of our social responsibility projects from cleaning the environment to feeding stray animals and contribute to making a difference together.
