- Responsible for digital brand development and ecommerce strategy
- Support managing digital marketing calendar and budget
- Day-to-day management of digital marketing channels and execute ROI driven activities to drive online sales, transaction and frequency (SEO,SEM, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, Mailing, Paid Social)
- Report & analyze all digital campaigns and take necessary actions based on related performance indicators
- Support customer targeting strategies to increase database growth and retention
- Develop high-engaged projects to leverage brand perception on consumers
- Continuously follow up new trends
- Being able to analyze whole customer process online and offline
- As required, assist with various offline, digital and Omni-channel marketing projects
