• Senior (4th year) undergraduates or new graduates
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• A genuine interest in Human Resources Management
• Available to contribute minimum 3 days a week, at least for 6 months
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment
