- Provide daily operational support to the marketing team.
- Participate in the organization of events, launches, and meetings.
- Localize and adapt global marketing materials for the local market (including text translation and adjusting visuals and designs according to cultural/regulatory requirements).
- Collaborate with graphic designers to help develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, one-pagers, DSA, etc.).
- Manage evaluation product request processes; collect requests and oversee approval procedures.
- Take notes during strategic meetings, record decisions and actions, report, and communicate to relevant teams.
- Assist with reporting and data entry procedures.
- Contribute to internal communication and coordination within the team.
