About the Role

We are looking for Part-Time Creative Content Writers whose mission will be to provide engaging and creative content, converting visitors into users, increasing organic traffic and creating content designed to educate our potential clients about our solution and brand.

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and market. You’ll learn as much as you can about our customers: their motivations for using our product, the feedback they have, and the ways we’re helping their businesses grow. You’ll also be expected to develop and maintain a healthy awareness of our competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with our Business teams to plan and write articles, and guides for people looking for a solution like UserGuiding.
  • Stay up to date with relevant content marketing, content journalism, SaaS, product growth trends and SEO rules.
  • Tell customer stories and understand their journeys—you’re comfortable reaching out to get feedback and conducting interviews.
  • Write about your expertise and share what you have learned, both internally and with the wider community via blogs, events, and other platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of writing experience in English *(formal and/or informal)*.
  • Full professional proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Passion to learn more about content creation and marketing, and applying what you’ve learned into your work.
  • Ability to write with a narrative and clarity around complex topics.
  • Ability to write/create work on subjects you are unfamiliar with.
  • Ability to work mostly autonomously. While you’ll work closely with other members of the marketing team and larger organization, you’re also excited about jumping in and really owning our product content, conducting the necessary research, and publishing new content frequently.

Preferred

 

  • Willing to learn more about SaaS, product management, product growth, and related terminologies and ecosystems.
  • Willing to work at a worldwide B2B tech company.
  • Storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • BA/BS in English, Journalism, Translation, or equivalent experience.
