Definition

Property Management plays a vital role for delivering the world-class investment case through processes and governances. Compliance, managing MOA’s accordingly, to manage flawless payment processes are crucial for every single project to deliver the portfolio results

Purpose

Owner of E2E IP management processes.

• Delivery through Property assistanst for managing %100 compliant payment schedules.

• SME for every MOA to guide and direct S&O; Finance & Network teams.

• Monitor and manage Financial Capex performance align with the Plan

Accountable of Property adminstration activities. To coach and lead 3 Property assistants to deliver %100 compliant payments

Stakeholder Management

To be a key focal for Finance, S&O and global teams for completing E2E processes, to understand the business needs and manage the expectations accordingly.

Focal of creating the corporate memory for the company. Whilst doing so, being innovative and using digitalization as a key element for delivering the corporate memory.

• Must be a talented and experienced project manager with strong process and leadership skills, including ability to shape outcomes, lead end-to-end project teams, business stakeholders and team members

• Project Delivery. Executes medium-to-high complexity projects effectively and in a timely manner through appropriate deployment of all resources, as defined under the project plan. Drives execution of projects in accordance with appropriate governance structures, processes and procedures, to ensure high stakeholder engagement and commitment.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder management is essential. Identifies and addresses issues of common interest and conflicts with customers and other areas of work. Ability to manage every level of stakeholder in order to deliver the growth strategy.

• A self-starter and self-motivated personality, ability to create new ways of working by embedding digital solutions into the game

• Knowledge of Power BI and MS Forms is preferred
