Managing & Delivering Day to Day Business
Management & Implementation of pricing in CO Sites
Responsible for category profitability & pricing benchmark & pricing segmentation
Checking of buying prices, new products and minimizing value leakage
Sharing Insight on Business performance based on all KPI's
Responsible for category profitability & pricing benchmark & pricing segmentation
Tiers pricing system & external price benchmark
Effective product mapping of categories and subcategories
Implementation & maintenance of Promaks
Responsible for local CR initiatives: such as Yellow sticker design & Payless Campaign
Responsible for implementation of related Regulation Changes that effects NFR operations
Monthly supplier income invoicing of local suppliers in align with categories
Implementation of Promotions & Monitoring Category Margins
Responsible for promotional implementations for site based or central such as active sales, buy 2 pay less and other cross promotions

Hep Kazan POS entegration support for NFR business
Support for implementation & maintenance of Promaks

Recommended price sharing to Hep Kazan sites
Implementation of DO based Promotions and post promotion analysis
Hep Kazan deli2go sales and shop smart penetration analysis
Hep Kazan sites fraud analysis and close follow up with solutions
Hep Kazan redemption and contribution invoice control
Responsible for implementation of related Regulation Changes that effects NFR operations
Sharing Insight on Hep Kazan site performances based on all KPI's
Responsible for end-to-end training coordination for new Hep Kazan sites
Planning preliminary site visits/calls to assess the conditions of the site and understand its needs before installation plan
Planning site visits in line with POS entegration site plan (2 visits/month)
Provide operational and technical know how support to sales team for new sites when necessary
Coordination between dealer and Promaks in case of any training refreshment need
Identifying the needs of dealers and the areas where they lack knowledge, and providing training support in those areas
Identifying the needs of dealers and giving insights to Hep Kazan project team in terms of technical development or operational improvement
Responsible for the coordination of IT, Promaks, sales team and dealers in technical issues experienced by dealers when necessary
Organizing trainings to sales team and new comers
Identifying the training needs and development of training content and coordination for publishing on the training platform
