Shell Turkey’s carwash business is growing rapidly under the branded platform “Beni Shell’de Yıka”, currently active in 200+ sites.
The Carwash Operations Advisor will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and supporting the accelerated growth of this business, ensuring best-in-class Customer and User Experience (CX/UX) in both B2C and B2B segments. The role will support the expansion of carwash footprint beyond Shell sites. Managing existing suppliers and onboarding new ones to unlock greater value is another key responsibility. The successful candidate is expected to spend 1 day a week in the field using the REM tool.
Accountabilities
• Supporting implementation of new CW/JW strategy in CO & DO deliver unit & margin targets
• Implementation of following up and reporting structure of CW/JW repair & maintenance.
• Coordination and improving low performance and failure of CW/JW supplier services in accordance with engineering department and field team.
• Continuously seeking for best in class customer journey and operational excellence of CW/JW operations, acting as continuous improvement responsible of car wash business business.
• Ensure service footprint growth to 81 cities to support “Beni Shell ‘de Yıka” brand business development.
• Monthly tracking and reporting repair & maintenance performance of car wash supplier services, making performance visible for internal and external stakeholders. Providing a contiunous improvement in technical capability.
• Being a technical expert of CW/JW business with the support of engineering department within Shell, mastering the details from physical competence to digital controls & payment system.
• Managing CW/JW contracts with an approach that will always improve the service level, hosting regular BPR meetings and making contract improvements with Contract and Precurement department regarding the demand of field and managing them.
• Ensuring that different CW/JW suppliers work in harmony with the same payment platform and supporting continuous business development.
• Make Beni Shell’de Yıka an attractive DVP for dealers and customers
• Work SFS & IT closely for roll-out of New CW SFS Card
• Visit 4 sites per week with strict discipline including REM entrance to understand CX/UX/operation.
• Deliver service & maintenance strategy with engineering, CP, field departments.
• Train new SASs and SAMs for CW/JW.
• Supporting CW/JW activity calendar for hep kazan, cross promo and CRM
• Execute manned JW project with CO team.
• Act as an HSSE leader
Requirements:
• Carwash industry & operations experience is a plus.
• Dealer management & B2B experience
• Contract management and improvement experience
• Experience in managing car care technical capability is a plus.
• Having Dealer & Customer focused ways of working
