JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensuring coordination between OEM and international suppliers & coordination between Storage, Operation, Finance, Brand departments,
- Ensuring coordination between Suppliers, Custom Brokerage Company and Transporters,
- Organizing goods loads, checking deliveries,
- Following up all the import process, inputing data and reporting,
- Checking the import documents,
- Checking the import cost documents and inputing data,
- Contributing to the development of cost saving projects,
- Following up the foreign trade regulations, infroming the inside departments and taking action,
- To evuluate foreign currency transfers, custom taxes and insurances,
- Priodic reporting of imports,
- To ensure that the prices of transportation contracts are updated periodically.
