- ContiRoll Your Career is a 3-month summer internship program designed to give you hands-on experience across different departments. You’ll have the chance to learn from experienced leaders and mentors, manage your own projects, and take part in training sessions to develop both your technical and soft skills.
Who can apply?
- The program is open to 3rd and 4th year university students.

He graduated from the Business Administration Department at Boğaziçi University in 2019. During his university years, he gained hands-on experience through internships at various global companies, which helped him identify his professional interests in analytically driven and action-oriented roles such as business development, sales finance, and revenue management, where strategic decisions directly impact company revenues. After gaining experience across different industries, including startups, he joined Continental as a Strategic Planning and Business Intelligence Specialist. He also completed a Master’s degree in Business Analytics at Sabancı University. He currently works as the Regional Sales Manager for the Continental Türkiye Automotive Group, where he actively engages with all aspects of the tire industry. This role continues to strengthen his strategic perspective and commercial expertise.
While pursuing her studies in the Industrial Engineering Department at Sabancı University, she worked as a long-term Supply Chain Intern at Continental for seven months. During this period, she collaborated with the Customer Relations and Demand Planning teams and gained experience in operational processes, planning, data analysis, and business development. Following her graduation, she continued her career at Continental as a Supply Chain Development Specialist, further developing her professional skills within the organization.
After graduating from the Chemical Engineering Department at Istanbul Technical University, she began her career as a Management Trainee at a global pharmaceutical company, where she gained experience in manufacturing and production processes. In 2018, she joined Continental Tires Türkiye, taking on roles in both the Pricing and Product Management departments. Working across different disciplines enabled her to develop a broader perspective on business processes. Throughout her career, she has focused on roles that allowed her to strengthen her skills in analytical thinking, process management, and teamwork. She currently continues her career as the RE Demand Planning and Logistics Manager, where she leverages her cross-functional experience to evaluate processes more holistically and align operations with strategic objectives.
