We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic Motion Graphic Designer to work within our Marketing team who will be responsible for bringing in new creative ideas and digital/visual trends. You will be joining a company that puts its brand identity at the heart of everything that they do and will work closely with all teams executing strong creative ideas, aligned with brand guidelines, standards, and aspirations.

Sorumluluklar

  • Create engaging videos, especially YouTube & Instagram, for social media platforms, e-mails including animated motion graphics and other online advertising creatives (web pages, videos, social posts, emails, and more)
  • Work with marketing team to create ads images for social media platforms
  • Brainstorm on the next creative concepts and ideas to be produced
  • Contribute to the creative process with original ideas and the development of creative concepts
  • Show creative aptitude in your work with the ability to progress a design template through the rollout of multiple items and formats
  • Transform key marketing initiatives and messages into high-quality consumer-facing videos
  • Complete ad hoc designs requests to support across our other teams

Aranan Nitelikler

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or Video Editing (specifically After Effects, Premiere/Final cut pro) - Including university experiences
  • YouTube video experience preferred
  • Exceptional eye for detail and fundamental art principles including color theory, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition
  • Conceptual thinking, design, and animation
  • Deeper proficiency in relevant applications, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
  • Experience creating landing pages and ads but not essential
  • HTML5 and motion graphic skills are a bonus but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and highly motivated
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks
  • Works well as part of a team, with a range of people
