Step 1:

We will pick the best thinkers from the applications.

Step 2 :
PepsiCo team will have the digital interviews with shortlisted candidates between November 26th-November 30th.
20 finalists who will attend to Digital Sparks Camp, will be announced on December 7th.
Step 3 :
Digital Sparks Camp will be held on 12&13 December 2018.
On the first day, they will meet with global partners of PepsiCo, they will practice new trends and meet with the leaders of PepsiCo.
On the second day, finalists will have a digital case brief to work on it. They will be presenting to PepsiCo Marketing Team.
Two winners will start working at PepsiCo Digital team as a part-time employee for 6 months between January 2019 and June 2019.
