What We Are Looking For:
Are you passionate about digital storytelling, social media, and building meaningful engagement online? Join TurkishWIN as a Marketing & Communication Intern to amplify women’s voices and play a pivotal role in our mission to build a global sisterhood.
As our intern, you will work closely with the TurkishWIN Team and assist in the strategic operations of our social media channels. TurkishWIN holds a strong presence on digital platforms and is dedicated to capturing and curating unique content from our inspirational members and partners.
In This Role, You Will:
- Draft, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Support the design of visuals, reels, and stories using Canva and other creative tools.
- Participate in events and create content, including live coverage, recaps, and highlights.
- Research trends and bring fresh ideas to grow our online reach.
- Track, monitor, and report on engagement metrics to improve our storytelling.
Position Requirements: What We Need From You
- Excellent communication skills in English (Turkish is a plus).
- Experience or strong interest in social media management and content creation.
- A proven interest in women’s empowerment, community building, and Turkish culture.
- Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media tools is strongly preferred.
- The ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
