Who are we looking for?
Qualifications
- 3rd year undergraduate student from relevant fields,
- Able to work at 2-3 days in a week and continue for around 11 months,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish & English,
- Good knowledge on MS Office programs,
- Self-motivated, Team-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and highly organized,
- Analytical thinker, eager to learn, and proactive,
Responsibilities
- Supporting recruitment processes such as CV screening and interview coordination,
- Assisting onboarding and offboarding processes,
- Helping with personnel affairs and documentation,
- Supporting HR Business Partners in daily operations and ongoing projects,
- Contributing to internal communication and employee engagement activities.
