Job Description:
Role Purpose
The DOPS TR Digital Solutions & OT Integration Lead drives the digital transformation agenda for DOPS Turkey by aligning Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) across terminals, NOVs, OSPs, and related operations. The role leads local digital transformation projects, oversees key digital initiatives, ensures compliance with Shell standards, and strengthens the digital capability and readiness of DOPS TR teams.
Key Accountabilities
Digitalization & OT Integration
Lead and implement OT and digital solutions across DOPS TR.
Ensure seamless IT–OT integration across terminals, NOVs, and OSPs.
Advance digital transformation in line with the Terminal Transformation roadmap.
Program Leadership
Serve as Project Lead for delivering Digital transformation projects such as NOVA in Turkey.
Manage planning, execution, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure adoption, continuous improvement, and operational integration.
Governance, Compliance & Collaboration
Collaborate with global/local IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to maintain compliance with Shell standards.
Uphold IT–OT security and control frameworks.
Promote AI‑enabled Distribution operations and continuous improvement.
Strategic Enablement & Capability Development
Shape and execute the DOPS TR digital roadmap.
Enhance team capabilities through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
Identify and implement technology‑driven efficiency, automation, and integrity improvements.
Dimensions
Extensive cross‑functional engagement across DOPS, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Vendors, and Global Project Teams.
Critical role in digital solution deployment and Terminal Transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education & Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science.
5–10 years’ experience in OT systems, IT/OT integration, industrial automation, or digital transformation.
Experience in terminal operations, logistics, or industrial environments preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of OT systems, industrial networks, and secure OT architectures.
Solid IT infrastructure expertise (cloud, networking, integration) aligned with Shell digital/OT frameworks.
Practical experience with digital platforms, IoT, data analytics, and interface management.
Familiarity with AI‑driven operations and digital process optimization.
Leadership & Project Management
Demonstrated experience leading digital or OT programs.
Strong competencies in planning, governance, risk management, and delivery.
Ability to drive change and strengthen digital culture.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Ability to work effectively with IT, cybersecurity, Distribution operations, and external partners.
Strong communication and influencing skills across organizational levels.
