Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on potential B2B clients and build a database. Identify decision-makers focusing on customer needs.
  • Establish initial contact with potential clients and initiate relationships. Provide information about our products and services.
  • Arrange demo calls with potential clients and conduct presentations. Collect and analyze customer feedback.
  • Conduct company analyzes before meetings and prepare presentations. Assist in preparing sales teams for meetings and provide support.
  • Monitor sales processes and record customer interactions. Manage customer relationships and ensure continuous follow-up.
  • Analyze discrepancies between product offerings and customer needs. Report differences between sales targets and actual sales.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance. Prepare regular reports for sales teams and senior management.

Qualifications

  • Preferably, candidates should be in their 4th year of programs at universities.
  • Experience with eCommerce a strong plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with the stakeholders in various levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycle process.
  • Eager to improve, learn and be a part of the team.
  • Creative and solution-focused.
