If you have a practical background in biology, chemistry, bioinformatics or other related fields and strive to bridge the gap between science and technology, then this program is for you.
Our learning path is beginner-friendly, as we will equip you with everything you need to start in the dynamic IT field. Under the guidance of EPAM experts, you will:
- Establish a robust theoretical grounding in Business Analysis (BA),
- Understand the key responsibilities and main tools of BA specialists,
- Learn to identify business needs and gather product requirements,
- Engage in real-world scenarios through a hands-on project,
Upon successful course completion, you will gain market-oriented skills to start your career as a business analyst and work on Life Science projects in the IT industry.
Training process
The program will last ~3 months and require ~10-12 hours of weekly engagement.
You will collaborate with trainers who will act as stakeholders and present specific business scenarios to you. Your task will be to apply and demonstrate the skills you have acquired within this capstone project.
Upon successful program completion, you will undergo a final technical interview and may have the opportunity to start your career journey at EPAM, based on your demonstrated skills and available opportunities within the company.
Requirements for Training
- This program is available only for citizens of Türkiye,
- Only final year university students, graduates and specialists switching careers,
- Individuals aged 18 years and older,
- English level from B2 written/C1 speaking and higher,
- Degree and/or practical experience in biology, chemistry, bioinformatics or other related fields,
- Familiarity with international HIPAA, ISO, ICH, EMA and FDA standards,
- Competency in using laboratory information systems (LIMS, LIS, ELN, CDS, SDMS, etc.)
- Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
Nice to have:
- General understanding of the IT industry and the business analyst role,
- Qualifications in one or several areas: Clinical Trials, Internet of Medical Devices (IoMD), Drug Production & Manufacturing, Genomics, etc.
- Hands-on experience in working in research, analytical or production laboratories.
