Founded in 1972 as a subsidiary of Sabancı Holding, Çimsa operates with four integrated plants in Mersin, Eskişehir, and Afyonkarahisar. In addition to grey cement, Çimsa leads the sector with its production of white cement and CAC. Since the establishment of Cimsa Building Solutions BV in November 2020, the company has expanded internationally with facilities in Spain, the USA, and across Europe. Following the acquisition of Ireland-based Mannok Holdings in October 2024, Çimsa has also started producing cement, cement-based products, insulation materials, and recycled plastic packaging.
The Global Build-On Internship Program offers university students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience during the summer period, understand business operations, and take their first professional steps within an international organization.

Who Can Apply?
- 2nd, 3rd or 4th year undergraduate students and Master’s students,
- Students from Engineering, Business Administration, Economics and related departments,
