Medical Digitization

• To manage processes in projects such as Medical Proactive/Reactive COPD-Physician presentations & Medical DGA's & stand presentations under the supervision of MM/TAL, collaborating with stakeholders such as BTS, graphic designers, and agencies, and providing support in the technical/analytical aspects.

Global materials

• Scanning materials in global/area sharepoints.
• Translating global materials into Turkish under the supervision of MM/TAL on a weekly half-day basis.
• Performing reference checks on these materials.
• Sharing global materials with the relevant MM/TAL and finalizing them based on feedback.

Medical materials

• Providing translation support for medical content on a weekly half-day basis.
• Supporting content creation phase (searching references, summarizing, preparing presentations) on a weekly half-day basis.
• Periodically scanning scientific publications related to project content on a weekly half-day basis.

Promotional materials

• Content and reference checks.

Operational processes

• Providing support in the control and follow-up of documents and contracts in projects.
• Sharing these application documents with the relevant departments under the supervision of MM/TAL and following up on them.
• Tracking medical activities and reporting them on a monthly basis.
• Assisting in coordinating the work of multiple associations, external stakeholders, and internal departments under the supervision of MM.
• Regularly reporting on project developments and monitoring communication with internal stakeholders under the supervision of MM.

• Undergraduate (5th year) student in Medicine, Pharmacy,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish&English,
• Strong analytical, organization, critical-thinking, problem-solving skills,
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability,
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment,
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel,
• Able to work at least 3 days in a week and continue for 6 months.
