Job Description:

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Process and Projects Engineer to drive quality excellence and continuous improvement across production and laboratory operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining ISO and IATF standards, managing laboratory investments and digitalization projects, and ensuring that all process changes and new installations fully comply with Quality and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Compliance

o Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve relavand ISO and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems

o Actively participate in certification, surveillance, and recertification audits

o Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes arising from audits and quality deviations

Production & Process Quality

o Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement within production and filling processes

o Analyze quality impacts of process changes, production projects, and new implementations

o Intervene in production and filling operations in case of quality deviations; conduct root cause analyses and restore stable operations

o Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives


Laboratory Projects & Investments

o Manage laboratory investment, modernization, digitalization, and improvement projects end-to-end

o Coordinate and approve Permit to Work (e- PTW) processes for laboratory maintenance and project activities

o Ensure laboratory,production and filling operations fully comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards

o Lead coordination meetings with regional and global teams to optimize laboratory investments and maintenance activities

Digitalization & Technology

o Research and evaluate digital and automation solutions for laboratory applications (e.g., automation, data analytics, LIMS)

o Actively support implementation, validation, and sustainable use of digital tools in the laboratory

HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)

o Support the HSSE development of Quality and Laboratory teams

o Analyze regional HSSE incidents and communicate lessons learned; initiate corrective actions when required

o Perform HSSE risk assessments for projects, laboratory activities, and operational changes

o Ensure full compliance with HSSE requirements across all quality and laboratory operations

New Equipment & Process Installations

o Participate in all phases of new machine and process installations

o Conduct quality impact assessments during design, installation, commissioning, and startup

o Perform HSSE risk and environmental impact analyses for new installations and process changes

o Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and environmental requirements prior to handover

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

o Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

o Minimum 2–3 years of industry experience, preferably in quality, manufacturing, or process environments

Technical Competencies

o Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with relevant ISO standards and IATF 16949

o Proven ability to conduct risk assessments for operational, process, and project activities

o Ability to perform Environmental Impact Assessments

o Experience in root cause analysis, CAPA processes, and performance tracking

o Solid understanding of process improvement and project management methodologies

HSSE Competencies

o High commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSSE) principles

o Ability to identify HSSE risks and define preventive and corrective actions

o Preferred: Class B Occupational Health and Safety Specialist Certificate

Language & Communication

o Minimum B2 level English proficiency (spoken and written), enabling:

 Communication with regional and global stakeholders

 Preparation and review of technical and quality documentation

Personal Skills

o Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities

o Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills

o Proactive and continuous improvement mindset

o Willingness and ability to work actively on-site in both operational and project environments
